The BMC Battle of the BEASTS will be held at BMC CrossFit Steenberg between the 25th and 27th of August 2017. After the success of last year’s event, we made sure to pen this competition into the local CrossFit calendar for 2017! Our goal is to build on the success of last year, and bring you an even more spectacular event while staying true to our vision of bringing the Cape Town CrossFit community together and to continually grow the ever increasing strength of our local athletes.
The BMC Battle of the BEASTS competition aims to test ‘true fitness’, and competitors can be expected to be tested across many aspects of Fitness, namely: Endurance, Stamina, Strength, Flexibility, Speed, Power, Coordination, Accuracy, Agility and Balance. The aim is for the athletes who show a greater command of ALL these principles of fitness to be rewarded. Also, be mindful that we need to be prepared for the UNKNOWN and UNKNOWABLE!
