The BMC Battle of the BEASTS will be held by BMC CrossFit Steenberg between the 31st August to 1st September 2019.
The BMC Battle of the BEASTS competition aims to test ‘true fitness’, and competitors can be expected to be tested across many aspects of Fitness, namely: Endurance, Stamina, Strength, Flexibility, Speed, Power, Coordination, Accuracy, Agility and Balance. The aim is for the athletes who show a greater command of ALL these principles of fitness to be rewarded. Also, be mindful that we need to be prepared for the UNKNOWN and UNKNOWABLE!

IMPORTANT: Video Workout release date: Monday 19th August
Submission closing date: Done by 26th August 9pm.
This will count towards score for event.
Teams have to be registered and paid up before being able to complete this workout.
Teams of 4: RX/Scaled (2 Males + 2 Females) *each scaled entry will need validation from boxes head coach
