The mixed team event is geared at everyone wanting to be active. The workouts will involve functional fitness movements.
The BLAK Fitness BASH is set to be an annual competition. There will be trophies and prizes for the various division winners.
Teams of 4: 2 males and 2 females.
Categories:
- Beginner - someone who is reasonably fit. Must be able to do sit ups, push up and pick up barbell weight of 20kg overhead for female and male 30kg.
- Intermediate - the fitter athlete who is able to do double unders, pull ups, lift for females 30kg overhead and males 40kg overhead.
