This is a FUNdraiser event to support the Cape CrossFit Wolfpack's journey to the CrossFit Games 2023 and will be hosted at The Factory, Cape CrossFit's new HQ-location in the middle of town!
The four Wolfpack-athletes will compete with your team in 3x fun events where the WOD's are designed so that ANYONE can do them. There will be Rx movements, but also scaled options that will simply require for instance more reps (think 2 deadlifts instead of 1 power clean as an example). Each team will consist of 4x athletes and it can be any constellation, but any team with more than 2 male athletes will start each WOD with a small "penalty".
NB: This is meant to be more a FUN event, than a serious one and in spirit of goodwill teams will get to judge each other (1-2 athletes per team will judge another heat in each event).
There will be a podium but no prices for best performances, instead we will have a lucky draw with some epic prices from our sponsors and we will also hand out a "Spirit of the Day"-award to a team voted by the Wolfpack-athletes. Wearing a Wolfpack Supporter Tee will surely give you extra points in this!
