The Eikestad Throwdown is a 3-day, 2-person team (Male/Female) competition that consists of both an RX and Scaled division.
The event is situated in the heart of Stellenbosch, and will mainly take place at CrossFit Eikestad. Athletes will also get to experience the stunning Cape Winelands landscapes as one of the events will take place at Blaauwklippen Wine Farm.
This event will provide athletes with 3 days of competition (Friday evening will consist of registration, a lifting event and the event briefing for Saturday morning) Athletes can expect a complete test, where all areas of fitness will be tested by providing teams with objectively-driven workouts that will not only test athletes’ fitness, but also their ability to work together as a team.
There are only 40 team spots up for grabs, so find yourself a partner and rather sign up sooner than later!
