Day 1: Mole, Beach Area Day 2: Swakopmund Football Club (SFC), Swakopmund, Namibia
This is a 2 athlete Team Event and also an Individual CrossFit competition over two days. This will be year 5 of the event. The competition takes place in the beautiful coastal town of Swakopmund, Namibia. Day 1 the competition venue is the main beach of Swakopmund and Day 2 at the sport fields of Swakopmund Football Club. Come and compete to see who is the fittest in the Namib. We shall also host a 4 member corporate team event during the lunch hour of each day.
