Scaled (M/M, F/F or M/F)
Entry fee: R1000 per team
Event info:
- The competition will consist of 4 Workouts
- Rx and Scaled divisions are based on Open standards
- Event will be held at the beautiful Langebaan Country Estate with loads of space for spectators
- There will be food, drink and merchandise vendors on site
- A DJ and MC will keep you motivated and entertained throughout the event
