We are hosting the First Masters League in South Africa for Masters ONLY.
The Competition will be held on 14 & 15 October 2022.
Friday 14 October will have 1 event and Saturday 15 October will have 4 events.
There will be medals, cash prizes and hampers for all podium finishers.
Registration closing date: 3 October @ 23h59.
There will be 4 categories:
- 35-39
- 40-44
- 45-49
- 50+
PLEASE NOTE: When choosing your category, use your age at 2 September 2022. Based on number of entries per category, you might be merged together with another category if there is not enough entries. Registration closing date 3 October @ 23h59.
All athletes will have the option to perform each workout as either RX or Intermediate.
