Masters League SA is launching an Online Qualifier in 2024.
There will be 9 online events spread throughout the year. The Top 15 of each age category will qualify for the Masters League SA Live Event held on 6-8 December 2024 in Cape Town.
The only way to enter the Live Event at the end of the year, will be through the Online Qualifier. There will be no separate entries for the Live Event.
Online Entries Open: 1 February
Online Entries Close: 11 April (you only enter once for the whole year)
Event 1 WOD Release: 1 April

Video submissions to be done through the WODProof app. Score and video link to be uploaded on Capturefit for each event. How To Tutorials will be released on our Instagram page closer to the release of Event 1.
Categories: Age 35 - 39 / 40 - 44 / 45 - 49 / 50 - 54 / 55 - 59 / 60+
Entry Fee: R500 per entry
