SQUAD GAMES powered by Biogen, and partnered with LIFT FIT and Rebel Elite Fitness is a new and exciting premium fitness event featuring teams of 3 (F,M,M) presented by Bomani, and Samson Fitness.
The teams will comprise of two males and one female across two divisions, beginner (scaled) and elite (Rx).

There will be 5 Workouts, the first commencing in the morning on Saturday 20 August 2022 and last ending midday on Sunday 21 August 2022.
The leaderboard will be determined purely on the standings on the teams after the 5 workouts (no finals) - so you got to send it all weekend long.
The workouts will test athletes' ability to strategize for the best performance as a team, but most importantly have a ton of fun doing what we all love - pure fitness.
There is adequate space for competitors, family and friends to come and support. As the event is hosted under an enclosed rooftop, there is no need for gazebos.
The DJ and MC's will keep the crowd entertained, while the Food, equipment and clothing vendors will ensure that all who attend are kept warm and well fed.
Good to know:
- Beginner (Scaled) and Elite (Rx) divisions are based on Open standards;
- Elite teams should be able to move a 70/50kg Barbell, 22.5/15kg Dumbbell and perform Bar Muscle ups;
- Beginner teams should be able to move a 40/25kg Barbell, 15/10kg Dumbbell and perform a hang on a pull up bar;
- There will be minimum prescribed work for each team member in the workouts;
- The workouts will be released from 11 August 2022;
- Teams may consist of athletes from any facility;
- An athlete will need all their "gear" for the competition;
- As stated above, there will be no finals. The podium will be determined after the completion of all 5 workouts;
- Foldable chairs, blankets and cooler boxes are permitted in the venue;
- There will be a R20 spectator fee per day.
