A comprehensive fitness challenge hosted by CrossFit WHK Sold Out on Life and the Namibian Triathlon with King Price Namibia as the main and only sponsor for the event.
We will be testing concepts of fitness relating to running, cycling, swimming, weightlifting, gymnastics, cardiovascular endurance and fitness related activities.
