UWS is a team competition with teams from across Africa and South Africa CrossFit affiliates able to participate in a weekend long, multi-disciplined event. The more exposure you get to functional training around all disciplines the better you will fair. There is no charge to spectators so please bring your families & friends to witness the fittest in the country compete for the UWS title. This year UWS will take part over 3 days (12th-14th October 2018) and will be exposing the teams to a range of testing workouts. Teams in the Open category will be comprised of 4 men and 2 women and for the Masters category 3 men and 3 women. We are looking forward to seeing you all here.
BASIC INFORMATION
Open Division – from age 16 and up. Cap is 100 open age teams. 4 men and 2 women
Masters Division – UWS 2018 will have an allocation for 20 Masters teams. 3 men and 3 women
Requirements – Men must be over 40 at the time of the competition. Women must be over 35 by the time of the competition. Team members can be made up from any box
